Erez Bendet

Erez has almost 20 years of experience of senior management positions in large organizations within international markets. He has recently served as a business advisor, entrepreneur, and partner in projects in the global health services field, including establishing private dialysis clinics overseas.


One of his management roles was as president of Tahal Group, Israel's largest and most successful engineering firm, which plans and carries out large-scale water supply infrastructure projects, wastewater treatment plants, and agricultural projects for governments and public organizations. Under Erez's management the Group won the tender for constructing the desalination plant in Palmachim, Israel, and initiated a wide range of activities in Eastern Europe.

 

In addition, Erez successfully held chief management positions in Israel's healthcare field for 15 years, including within the Teva Group, the world's leading generic drug manufacturer. He was CEO of Teva Medical Ltd., which manufactures and markets sophisticated medical equipment, and CEO of SLE Ltd., Israel's leading logistics and distribution company in the field of drugs and medical equipment.

 

Erez completed his Bsc studies in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion in Haifa with honors, and also holds an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv.

     
 

Ofer Shemesh
More than 15 years' experience with multinational companies has given Ofer a deep understanding of the giant conglomerates around the world in the fields of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. This accumulated knowledge, combined with his global business experience and extensive contact network, makes him a specialist in the international business arena.


Ofer previously served as CEO of the Pharm-Up Group, which is the strategic partner of multinational pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies operating in Israel. During his tenure as CEO, he applied a broad strategic plan that gave the Group a unique competitive advantage in terms of market positioning and in the ways they defined the services that were provided to clients. Ofer also succeeded in improving the Group's management standards, leading to the Group establishing a dominant position in the Israeli market, with a sales volume of more than NIS 2 billion.

 

Ofer completed a degree in Accounting at the College of Management, and Executive Management Studies at the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration of Tel Aviv University.
